How It Works

A model that runs on your floor, trained on your parts.

Procunit ships as an on-premises inference container. Your defect images, your labeled training data, your model weights — nothing leaves your facility unless you export it. The product is not a cloud dashboard that happens to touch your line. It runs on your IPC.

Architecture

On-premises inference. Under 8ms total.

Line Camera GigE/USB3/RTSP 0.5ms Frame Capture pre-process 1.2ms 1.7ms Procunit Inference Engine 4.8ms inference 0.3ms Pass/Fail decision 0.3ms 1.1ms PLC reject trigger Total: <8ms end-to-end · All processing on-premises · No cloud dependency

Training Flow

From defect samples to live pass/fail in one working day.

Capture

50+ defect samples photographed with your line cameras or a phone — real defects from your actual production run

Label

Draw bounding boxes in Procunit Labeler. Keyboard-driven: 50 images labeled in roughly 30 minutes. No annotation service required.

Train

Training runs on your IPC overnight — 6 to 12 hours depending on dataset size. No cloud upload, no GPU workstation needed.

Inspect

Activate the model on your camera channel. PLC reject coil fires within 8ms. Retrain any time a new defect class appears or the part family changes.

Read the integration docs or start a pilot on your line.

The quickstart guide covers install, camera config, and your first training run. Most lines are inspecting within a week of the pilot kit arriving.
